Hello,

I am running to be your next Secretary of State because, like most people, I feel like the government is not trustworthy. In fact, at times it downright lies.  From Governor Ever’s increasing our property taxes for the next 400 years to his Government Agencies senselessly making Wisconsinites' lives harder, it's time for you to know the truth about what your government does and how you can make your government work for you. 

There has been a long history of removing responsibilities from the Secretary of State following the failures of Democrats elected to that office. There are, in fact, still many essential responsibilities that remain in that office. It is bound by the constitution to be the official record keeper of Wisconsin. It also oversees the use of the Wisconsin State Seal for legislation, declarations, and any other documentation needed to be deemed an official record of Wisconsin. One other job of the Secretary of State is to publish and timestamp administrative rules, which is the final step before they take effect. 

I want to give you an accessible place to find and understand truly what is going on in Madison. Tony Ever’s Government Agencies have significantly increased fees and regulations, released violent criminals, and so much more. You deserve to know the truth, plain language with no bureaucratic nonsense involved, so you can see what your government is doing for their bosses’... YOU.

The Secretary of State is also the head of the Board of Commissioners of Public Lands (BCPL). This organization oversees more than 70,000 acres of land given to the state by the federal government in 1848, which generates more than $1.6 billion in revenue. The money from these lands must be deposited in the Common School Fund. Democratic leadership has stifled this department's growth and effectively bottlenecked all funds to be spent in Southeast Wisconsin (Milwaukee and Madison). Democrats have not only stifled the growth of the BCPL, preventing all Wisconsinites from reaping the benefits, but have also done all this essentially behind closed doors. It is extremely difficult to track exactly where this money has gone. I am running to change that. Revenue generated by the BCPL needs to benefit ALL of Wisconsin, and you deserve to know where that money goes.

It’s time for Wisconsinites to have someone in Government who looks out for them. I am running to hopefully be that person for you. I look forward to the opportunity to earn your vote in 2026.
